For product development, you can start with a simple 2 page vision document. Given the vision document, depending on the complexity and customer preference, Imfinity will conduct a quick technical feasibility to validate what needs to be achieved.
Once that is done, we create detailed user requirement specifications and use cases for the product by interviewing various stakeholders. Imfinity has the agility to accelerate software development by quickly creating a functional document (which will provide a modular breakdown, implementation details), architecture documents (application design to incorporate the 7 product attributes, low level design details), followed by agile and iterative software development, testing and QA.
