Imfinity establishes its Offshore Development Center in Noida, India. Imfinity India, a 100% owned subsidiary of Imfinity Singapore will provide state of the art software development expertise to serve Imfinity's projected growth with new customer wins in North America and Singapore. Imfinity India will be headed by Mr. Prashant Goela, Director and COO of Imfinity.

Mr. Dev Ramnane, Director of Business was invited by the NTU Alumni Association to address the graduating batch of Computer Engineering students, 2006. The seminar entitled "The road less traveled" was organized to provide final year students with an insight into entrepreneurship and challenges in the working profession. The seminar ended with an open panel discussion between students and invited speakers.

"5 challenges for ISV CEO's": Mr. Dev Ramnane addressed the Microsoft business executive forum on 24th March, 2006. CXO's of 50 ISV's from various industries were given a presentation on the top 5 challenges faced by Software CEO's and strategies to remain competitive in the ever changing software landscape. Mr. Dev Ramnane, Director of Business and Strategy will be giving a keynote Technology update speech at the Asia Pac Chief Auditors Summit in Kuala Lumpur, 26-27 September. The summit will feature updates on new frontiers in fraud and corruption management, personal liability & risks for internal auditors, critical technology needs for chief auditors, cutting edge skills for chief auditors and challenges of regional and international auditing. Imfinity to launch a series of seminars and marketing initiatives with Microsoft Singapore. This Programme aims to help local ISV's to gain an understanding of product development attributes for market competitive products. Imfinity's partnership with Microsoft will help both parties to focus on transforming local ISV's by migrating their products to the next generation of .NET technology. The initiative is set to kick on June 28th, 2005.
